Gregory & Jackie Pope
Gregory and Jackie Pope have created a culture, as Pastors of Covenant Church in Douglas, GA, that goes far beyond their local church and community, that champions a culture of love, where people can laugh, love, grow and belong. They are highly regarded for their love, kindness, compassion, and boldness.
Their vision is to see all people find Jesus, learn who they are in Christ, and rise up to be world shakers and culture changers with God’s love. They are respected for their passion for Christ and the local church and for preaching messages that change lives. They are the “dad and mom” of the house. They believe that the best is yet to come and we are better together.
Gregory and Jackie Pope have been in full time ministry since 1982, but ministry (Loving God and Loving People) has always been the heartbeat of their life. Ministry is not just what they do, it’s who they are. Prior to being called into full time pastoring, Gregory served as the Executive Director of a global musical evangelistic ministry, and they continue to serve on a number of faith-based ministry directors boards.
As authors, the Popes have written a book, Love Works, that captures the vision of their life and ministry. This book has been referred to as “a manual for living a life of love“ and is available on the Pope’s website as well as multiple online outlets.
These two understand that family is God's idea and have built their life and ministry on the belief that love begins at home. One of their greatest joys is sharing their life and the love of the Father with their own family, from children, grandchildren and even great grands.

Dean
Sikes
.jpg)
Dean Sikes was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee and is the oldest of two children. Raised in a Christian family, he came to know Jesus at the young age of 7 years old.
Not long after his 15th birthday, however, he was sexually abused. And throughout the remainder of his teenage years, Dean lived a very fake, painful, and oftentimes, unauthentic life. By the time he turned 21, his life was spiraling out of control. Lie after lie and bad choice after bad choice catapulted Dean into a defining moment where he had a very personal encounter with the Holy Spirit.
This defining moment was used by the Lord to help navigate him into fulltime ministry where he served Grammy-award winning Christian Artist Phil Driscoll. During his time with Phil’s ministry, he coordinated and road-managed over 600 ministry events around the globe. In December of 1992, at the direction of the Lord, Dean resigned from Phil’s ministry and the next month, launched his ministry where today, he continues to travel across America and into nations of the world, freely ministering words of hope to teenagers in high schools and Teen Challenge Centers.
During the first decade of service, Dean ministered to 100,000 students each year, reaching one million students reached by the end of 2002.
To date, Dean has now spoken at over 3,600 events, ministered to over 2.6 million teens, and seen over 288,000 students give their hearts to the Lord. In addition to the road outreach, he has written over thirty books including his autobiography, “ACCEPTED …MY JOURNEY©” and, he hosts YOU MATTER TELEVISION with DEAN SIKES- a national, weekly television broadcast that airs on multiple networks.
Dean and Lori were married in May of 1996 and for now over 25 years, their marriage has been a living testimony of the goodness of God. They have three adult children and four dogs. Although their ministry schedule continues to take them into multiple cities each week, Dean and Lori continue to make their home in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Tracey
Armstrong
Tracey and Nathalie Armstrong travel throughout the world ministering and demonstrating the heart and mind of Christ as they are used to set people free from the bondage of sin and introduce them to a new intimacy with God. Tracey and Nathalie are also the pastors of Citadel Church, with five churches in the greater Seattle area.
Together with their team, they are committed to reaching this generation that is asleep spiritually and absent in most churches. Tracey and Nathalie are equipping the emerging generation for spiritual, social, and economic influence. A coach to businesspeople and entrepreneurs, Tracey conducts meetings for achievers and wealth builders in Seattle, Washington and abroad, with the goal of introducing businesspeople to their Creator and equipping them to use their God-given creativity without limits to achieve and build wealth.
God has raised Tracey up to be an utterance of His voice for this hour, as he ministers under a powerful apostolic mantle and prophetic and healing anointing. His wife Nathalie ministers alongside him and operates under strong teaching and healing gifts. They bring the fire of God’s Spirit that blazes forth to bring physical and emotional healing to every man, woman, and child who will receive it. Revival continues to burn after Tracey and Nathalie have gone on to touch other cities with the Good News of Jesus Christ.
Tracey grew up with a Muslim mother and a grandmother who was Seventh Day Adventist. Disillusioned by religion, Tracey became an atheist. Through the prayers of his grandmother and many others, Tracey had a wonderful revelation of freedom through a relationship with Jesus at the age of 20, after years of drug dealing, drug abuse, and crime. Nathalie, born and raised in Holland, comes from a missionary family, and discovered that God had placed His hand on her life at age 11, when her parents took her to a Morris Cerrullo Crusade in Holland. In 1993, Nathalie moved to California to work for an evangelistic ministry and married Tracey two years later. They have 2 sons, Tristen Samuel and Yosef Raphael, and a daughter Sophia Isabella. Together they are an inseparable husband and wife team.

If you are too big to serve, then you are too small to lead.
"But this is not your calling. You will lead by a completely different model. The greatest one among you will live as the one who is called to serve others, because the greatest honor and authority is reserved for the one with the heart of a servant. For even the Son of Man did not come expecting to be served but to serve and give his life in exchange for the salvation of many.”' (Matt. 20:26-28 TPT)
