Worship
Knowing and Understanding God.
The Bible states in John 17:3, “Now this is
eternal life that they may know you, the
only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you
have sent.”
Our worship to God the Father is our life
and how we live in response to a loving
Father and a willing Savior. When we gather
in a public gathering and as believers lift
our voices as well as our hands and our
hearts in adoration, we ascribe honor to the
Father and we call this a time of worship
and praise as a body of believers. Then in
our worship we acknowledge that God is with
us, Emmanuel.
The Word says that God inhabits the praises
of His people and in His presence is
fullness of joy. The JOY of the LORD is our
STRENGTH. Worship when offered in spirit and
truth is the understanding that He is the
Lord God Almighty creator of heaven and
earth. Our Father is all powerful, merciful,
might, full of compassion and His loving
kindness is new every morning and great is
His faithfulness to us.
Come offer up your praise and worship with a
heart of Thanksgiving with us.
